PERIMENOPAUSE
Perimenopause can bring irregular periods, night sweats, hot flashes, anxiety and possible mood swings.
The start of perimenopause varies, usually beginning during the 40's, our perimenopause classes are for women in this stage. |
POST MENOPAUSE
Post menopause classes are for women whose menstrual period has stopped completely for over a year. In these classes the focus is on mobility, stability, osteoporosis prevention and adapting to conditions such as arthritis.

Both of our menopause offerings are restorative, restful and gentle.
